INTESO, inovativne tehnologije in rešitve d.o.o. (“INTESO”, “we”) operates intesosolutions.com and may operate other websites. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or contact us through it, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We collect as little as we can and use it only for the purposes described here.
Who we are

Website visitors
Like most web servers, ours records basic technical information about each request: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and running, for example to detect attacks or errors. We keep them for up to 30 days and do not combine them with other data.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools, and we do not build visitor profiles. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third parties.
Information you give us
- Contact form. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message, and your company and phone number if you give them. Each message gets a reference number, and we send you one automatic email confirming that we received it.
- Email. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
You decide what to share. We only need your name, email address and message to reply; the other fields are optional.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To keep the website secure and available, including filtering spam sent through the contact form (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not make automated decisions about you. Our spam filter only decides whether a message is forwarded at once or held for a person to review; it does not reject messages.
Visitor statistics
To see which pages are read and how visitors find us, the website counts visits itself. The statistics are stored in the website’s own database on our server; no data goes to Google or any other third party.
For each page view we record the page, the website you came from (only its domain, e.g. google.com), the campaign name if you followed a link with one, your browser, operating system, device type (desktop, tablet or mobile) and preferred language. We also count clicks on a few links and buttons, such as sending the contact form (with the topic you chose, but none of your details).
We set no cookies, store nothing in your browser and do not store your IP address. To count each visitor only once per day, the website makes a one-way code from your IP address and browser together with a random secret. The secret is replaced every day and never saved, so the code cannot be traced back to you or linked to your visits on other days.
If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, your visit is not counted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and improving it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not publish the statistics or use them to identify anyone.
Who has access
The website runs on a server operated by INTESO. Contact-form messages are stored in the website’s database on that server and forwarded by email to our company mailbox. Only INTESO staff who handle enquiries can read them.
We use an email provider to deliver these messages; it processes them on our behalf and only under our instructions. We do not pass your data to anyone else, unless the law requires us to, for example in response to a court order.
We protect the data we hold with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted and password-protected access to the admin area, and regular updates of the server software.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and delete them no later than 24 months after our last exchange, unless a contract or legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. Messages held by the spam filter are deleted automatically after 30 days, and the website deletes every message automatically 24 months after receiving it. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Visitor statistics are deleted automatically after 24 months.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. This website sets no cookies for visitors. You can browse every public page and use the contact form without any cookie being stored, and our visitor statistics work without cookies too. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
Only INTESO staff who sign in to the admin area get cookies. They are strictly necessary for signing in and for security, are never used for tracking, and are deleted when the browser is closed:

Under the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2) and the EU ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. If we ever add cookies that do, such as analytics, we will ask for your consent first and list them here.
You can delete cookies or block them in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them does not affect the public website.
This website links to other sites, such as 3-lab.eu, exarca.io and our partners’ websites. They have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we do not control.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to dpo@intesosolutions.com. We will reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
